You can add MHelpdesk functionality into your existing website using the MHelpdesk Code. This gives your users a seamless experience on your own website.
Adding MHelpdesk to your site
This option allows you to integrate all the features of MHelpdesk into your own website. Customers can login to submit and check the status of their jobs. You and your staff can also login to access all the features of MHelpdesk.
- Browse to Settings > Customize > Website Integration.
- Copy the code in the box Embed MHelpdesk Code.
- Paste the code into the webpage that will be used for MHelpdesk.
